Return Policy
Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Economic Area generally have fourteen days to withdraw from distance contracts, subject to exceptions for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene when opened after delivery. Food supplements often fall under this category once the seal is broken.
Defective or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or deviates materially from what was ordered, contact us promptly with a description and, where reasonable, photographs. We will propose repair, replacement, or refund according to mandatory consumer law.
Return procedure
Initiate a return by writing to the contact details in the footer. Include your order reference, reason for return, and whether the seal remains intact. We will confirm whether the return can be accepted and provide a return address.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued using the same payment method where technically possible. Processing may take several banking days after we receive and inspect returned goods.
Costs
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, return shipping costs for voluntary returns may be borne by the customer when the product was as described and the seal was not opened.
Cross-border orders
If you order from outside Norway, import rules for food supplements, customs charges, and return routing may differ. We describe our process in line with EEA consumer rules where they apply; specific cross-border steps are confirmed when you contact us with your country of delivery.
